We're building our in-house marketing department and we want you to own the organic engine that keeps putting us in front of the right people, again and again.

As our Digital Marketer, you'll take full ownership of organic growth through the social strategy, content calendar, SEO end to end, and every piece of copy we publish. LinkedIn outreach is the single biggest part of this role, since it's where a huge amount of our audience and future clients live. You'll be the one building real relationships there, one thoughtful connection at a time.

You'll get genuine creative freedom, room to bring your own ideas and run with them, and a team that actually has fun every day.

What You'll Do
Own social strategy, content calendar, and scheduling across our brands, matching each brand's voice
Build and maintain LinkedIn outreach, sending connection requests and following up on conversations that could turn into real business
Write every piece of copy we publish: captions, emails, landing page sections, and scripts
Drive SEO end to end: keyword research, on-page optimization,



and growing organic search rankings over time
Track and report daily results in HubSpot

What We're Looking For
A portfolio is required at application, and it must show an organic social media account you personally grew from the ground up. This is non-negotiable
At least 2 years inside a marketing agency or in-house team, managing organic content across multiple brands or clients simultaneously, correctly applying each one's distinct voice and guidelines.
At least 2 years of hands-on experience with AI tools already integrated into your daily workflow: Gemini, Claude, and ChatGPT.
Proven, results-driven SEO experience: keyword research, on-page optimization, and growing organic search rankings over time
Strong copywriting skills across formats: social captions, email, web copy, and LinkedIn content
Experience working inside HubSpot
Professional English, our content speaks directly to a US audience
