What you'll do

We're looking for a Sales Development Representative with a builder mindset to help pioneer Clara's next generation of outbound sales. This isn't a traditional SDR role. You'll combine commercial instinct, experimentation, AI, and automation to find better ways to identify, engage, and convert high-value prospects across Mexico & Colombia.

You'll own your pipeline while also helping us build the systems behind it: testing new tools, automating repetitive work, improving prospect data, and using AI to make outbound smarter and more personalized.

In this role, you will:

Own outbound prospecting to CFOs, Controllers, and senior finance leaders at mid-market and enterprise companies across Latin America.
Design and execute multi-channel outbound campaigns across email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and other relevant channels.
