We are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to lead demand generation and B2B brand development across the region. This role is responsible for building a dedicated marketing engine that consistently generates qualified business opportunities and for establishing a distinct, commercially focused approach to the B2B brand.
This is a builder role: the position reports directly to the B2B Vice President and works closely with the Sales and Corporate Customer Service teams to ensure that marketing is connected to business results, not just brand metrics.

Key Responsibilities
Design and execute the demand generation strategy for the B2B business across LATAM, Brazil, and other markets where we operate.
Build and scale inbound marketing channels.
Support and strengthen the outbound strategy in partnership with the Business Development teams.
Lead and grow the B2B brand, ensuring consistency and differentiated positioning among our corporate audience.
Develop conversion mechanisms from the B2C user base into B2B opportunities, leveraging existing brand awareness.




Support the partnerships and corporate alliances strategy from a marketing perspective, including joint campaigns, content, and sales enablement materials.
Define and track funnel metrics (MQL, SQL, cost per opportunity, conversion rates) in partnership with the Sales teams.
Collaborate with Business Development to align marketing with the prospecting and sales cycle (SDR/BDE), ensuring a consistent flow of qualified leads.
Create content and sales enablement materials (case studies, one-pagers, nurturing campaigns) targeted at corporate decision-makers.
Manage the B2B marketing budget and prioritize investments based on channel ROI.
Regularly report results and key learnings to the B2B Vice President, with an analytical mindset and a strong focus on continuous improvement.

What We're Looking For
6+ years of experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, growth, or performance marketing, with at least 3 years
