Where You’ll Make a Difference

Drive sales growth and manage key accounts and distribution partners across the LATAM Andean region.
Execute the Home and Personal Care strategy to achieve revenue, gross profit, and market share objectives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, industry associations, and key stakeholders.




Lead technical and commercial discussions with customers, collaborating closely with R&D; teams to identify and develop business opportunities.
Manage and advance the sales pipeline through Salesforce CRM, improving opportunity conversion rates and business results.
Develop and implement strategic account plans, territory coverage plans, and customer engagement initiatives.
Negotiate contracts, pricing agreements, and quotations while protecting IFF’s business interests.
Gather, analyze, and communicate market intelligence, competitive insights, and customer trends to internal stakeholders.
Partner with Supply Chain, Customer Service, Quality, and Logistics teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and support business growth.

What Makes You the Right Fit

Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, Food Engineering, or a related technical field.
