As part of an ambitious regional expansion strategy, Routres is building a commercial team to strengthen its presence across Spanish-speaking South American markets.

Position Summary

The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving commercial growth, developing new business opportunities, managing strategic customer relationships, and supporting regional sales teams throughout their assigned territory.

The role oversees the complete B2B sales process, including prospecting, opportunity management, negotiations, contract execution, customer retention, and post-sale support. This position works closely with international stakeholders across Europe, Asia, and Latin America to support Routres' expansion strategy.

Develop and execute regional sales strategies.

Manage the complete sales cycle.
