Position Overview

The Account Coordinator will be responsible for the day-to-day execution and management of established accounts in the United States and Canada. This role will serve as the link between customers and the Commercial, Production, Logistics, and Finance teams, ensuring accurate order execution, efficient inventory management, and proactive, reliable customer service.

Key Responsibilities
Accurately manage and enter customer orders into Odoo.
Develop and maintain 52-week demand forecasts by customer and SKU.
Determine purchasing requirements based on forecasts, confirmed orders, inventory levels, and product shelf life.
Coordinate purchase orders with internal Production teams.




Monitor inventory levels, product turnover, and expiration risks.
Maintain proactive communication with customers regarding orders, availability, shipping dates, delays, and claims.
Coordinate with Production and Logistics to resolve issues and develop alternatives when potential challenges arise.
Prepare and maintain daily sales and inventory reports.
Contribute to maintaining high order fulfillment levels while minimizing product losses and unnecessary costs.
Build strong relationships with customers and internal teams to ensure consistent execution and service.
