The Network Engineer independently provides full design, configuration and support for common data networking implementations (HW and SW), including contact center and network security technology.

Assists senior technicians in design, configuration and support of backbone networks, security DMZs, Storage Area Networks (SAN), and other highly complex and critical solutions with regional and potentially general impact.

Ensures appropriate failover solutions are implemented and tested to meet business continuity needs.

Performs complex video networking for Board meetings and conferences.

What You'll Do:
- Creates and maintains technical documentation, asset inventories and configuration information. (10%):
- Analyzes vendor invoices for accuracy, maintains inventory and orders equipment. (5%)

What We're Looking For:
- 3+ years of relevant work experience.
- Bilingual proficient (English-Spanish) required.
- Able to execute instructions and to request clarification when needed.
