What You'll Do
- Manage supplier payment inquiries and resolve payment-related issues to ensure timely processing.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between suppliers and internal teams, building strong professional relationships.
- Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies and payment inquiries.
- Coordinate supplier payments through wire transfers, checks, and other approved payment methods.
- Process supplier payment requests and expense reports accurately.




- Maintain organized and up-to-date accounts payable records.
- Deliver exceptional customer service through professional communication with suppliers, carriers, and internal departments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth payment operations and issue resolution.

What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, supplier management, accounts payable, or a related role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and database management.
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in transportation, logistics, or freight forwarding is an asset.
