Quiet Village Landscapinghas served homeowners and properties throughout the St. Louis area since 2001. We provide landscape design, construction, maintenance, irrigation, fertilization, gardening, and estate-care services. As our company continues to grow, we are looking for a confident communicator who can help us respond to prospective clients and move qualified opportunities forward.

The Remote Inside Sales Representative will serve as an early point of contact for prospective and existing clients. You will respond to inquiries, gather information about landscaping needs, qualify opportunities, schedule appointments, follow up on estimates, and help maintain an organized sales pipeline.

This position requires excellent spoken and written English, strong follow-through, comfort speaking by phone, and the ability to learn landscaping terminology, company services, pricing processes,



and internal systems.

Key Responsibilities
- Speak with homeowners to understand their property needs, priorities, budgets, and timelines.
- Qualify leads and determine the appropriate next step or service department.
- Schedule consultations, site visits, and follow-up appointments.
- Maintain accurate lead and client information in the company's CRM and scheduling systems.
- Follow up on open estimates, proposals, and previous inquiries.
- Re-engage older leads and identify opportunities that may still be active.
- Explain company services clearly and professionally.
- Coordinate with sales representatives, designers, project managers, and service managers.
- Track calls, appointments, follow-ups, and pipeline activity.
- Support outbound calling and client-retention initiatives as assigned.
- Assist with basic administrative and customer-service tasks when needed.
