Your Role- Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies that align with organizational goals and enhance our employer brand, ensuring that we attract top talent across all levels.




- Collaborate closely with department heads and hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and define role requirements, fostering strong partnerships to facilitate effective recruitment.-
- Participate in building a strong company culture through talent mapping, diversity initiatives, and employee referral programs to enhance employee engagement and retention.
- Monitor recruitment metrics and leverage data analytics to improve recruitment strategies and optimize the hiring process continuously.

Who You Are:
- 2 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Consultant or in a similar role, with a strong understanding of recruitment best practices and techniques.- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, capable of multitasking and effectively managing competing priorities.
- Ability to work independently with a proactive problem-solving approach while also being an effective team player.
