Overview

As a Digital Advertising Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, launching, and optimizing paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok for our beauty, wellness, and aesthetics clients. This role requires a data-driven media buyer who can manage budgets, drive down cost-per-acquisition, and scale campaigns profitably. You will work closely with our creative, CRM,



and client strategy teams to ensure every dollar of ad spend ties back to real business outcomes — bookings, leads, and revenue, not vanity metrics. Must have a C1 level of English.

Duties

Campaign Strategy & Execution
- Plan, build, and launch paid media campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads for multiple client accounts.
- Develop audience targeting, bidding, and budget allocation strategies aligned to each client's growth goals.
- Manage campaign structures across the full funnel — awareness, consideration, and conversion.

Optimization & Performance
- Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns to improve ROAS, CPA, and conversion rate.
- Run structured A/B tests on creative, copy, audiences, and landing pages.
- Diagnose underperforming campaigns and implement data-backed fixes quickly.

Reporting & Analytics
- Track and report on key performance indicators including spend, ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversion rate.
- Build and maintain client-facing performance reports
