- Our Sales teams help to deliver Reckitt's purpose by building shared success with our customers, making access to the highest quality hygiene, wellness, and nourishment possible in-stores and online. Within Sales, we're focused on achieving outperformance across all of our channels, operating in highly competitive categories. This focus results in a dynamic, fast paced environment where cross functional teams are encouraged to collaborate to achieve success. We have around 10,000 sales people across the world, within market roles and ranging in areas like Field Sales, Key Accounts, Trade Marketing and Category Development.

Sobre el rol:




- Serás responsable de conectar los insights del punto de venta con la estrategia comercial de la compañía, trabajando de cerca con los equipos de Field, Trade Marketing, Marketing y Ventas.
- Tendrás un rol fundamental en el seguimiento y análisis de la ejecución en campo, garantizando que las estrategias de marca se implementen correctamente en los puntos de venta.
- Participarás activamente en el desarrollo y seguimiento del modelo Vision Store, identificando oportunidades de mejora y generando recomendaciones accionables para el negocio.
- Serás una pieza fundamental para transformar información de campo en insights estratégicos que impulsen el crecimiento comercial.

- Dar seguimiento a los principales KPIs de ejecución y desempeño del equipo de campo y del BPO.
