We're looking for a Founder's Associate to support two senior leaders across client management, recruiting operations, documentation, and weekly reporting at Hire Overseas. This is not a traditional EA role. You will be embedded directly with leadership, owning real operational responsibilities from day one and growing into a Chief of Staff or equivalent leadership role as the company scales.

This role needs to be your primary professional commitment, not a side arrangement. We are looking for someone who is genuinely ambitious, thinks critically without being prompted, uses AI tools as a core part of how they work, and wants to grow into a strategic leadership position alongside a fast-moving integral talent company. What You'll Work On
Client and Account Management Support
- Support senior leaders in managing active client relationships and keeping accounts organized and progressing
- Track client status, hiring needs, and open items across all active accounts
- Flag delays, risks, or action items before they become problems
- Maintain organized client records and ensure all documentation is current and accessible

Recruiting Operations
- Track hiring progress across multiple client accounts simultaneously and surface
