integration is a core part of how the team works across every function.

ROLE SUMMARY

You'll create short-form video content for social platforms, working alongside designers, strategists, and producers to

develop engaging, trend-responsive content that drives results for our clients across TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube

Shorts, and emerging platforms.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Edit and optimize short-form videos for multiple social platforms
- Develop motion graphics, typography animations, and visual effects
- Repurpose footage into platform-specific formats reflecting trends and client direction
- Monitor cultural and platform trends, incorporating relevant music and editing techniques
- Create multi-format versions (9:16, 1:1, 16:9) per campaign specifications




- Collaborate with Creative Leads and Account Managers on deliverables
- Maintain accuracy in timing, captions, graphics, and audio

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Required Skills:
- 1-2 years of professional editing experience in digital
- marketing, social media, or agency settings (internships
- considered)
- Strong Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects proficiency
- Knowledge of platform-native editing tools (TikTok, Instagram,
- YouTube Shorts, CapCut)
- Understanding of short-form content trends, pacing, and
- storytelling
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
- English C1-C2

Nice to Have
- Experience with generative AI tools for editing, captioning, or
- effects
- Hands-on social content shooting experience (phone or
- DSLR)
- Demonstrated passion for pop culture and internet trends
