Schedule: Monday to Thursday 7am - 4:30pm, Friday 7am - 4pm (Schedule adapted to our headquarters in Cumming, GA)

Job Summary:
The Brand & Content Intern will support the development and execution of Ricky Joy's branding, digital marketing, and e-commerce strategy by researching market trends, creating and adapting content, managing the company's media library, and supporting digital campaigns, e-commerce initiatives, brand activations, and corporate events.

Responsibilities:
Branding & Digital Marketing
- Support the development and execution of Ricky Joy's digital marketing strategy alongside the Administrative Manager and the Marketing team.
- Assist in planning the editorial calendar and digital marketing campaigns.
- Contribute creative ideas to strengthen brand positioning and awareness.
- Research digital trends, content formats,



and consumer behavior.
- Analyze competitor strategies and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions for marketing campaigns, product launches, and brand activations.
- Support initiatives to increase brand reach, engagement, and digital visibility.
- Assist with seasonal campaigns and new product launches.

Social Media Management & Content Creation
- Develop content ideas for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
- Create social media copy and captions using Artificial Intelligence tools.
- Research relevant hashtags aligned with campaign objectives.
- Design basic marketing materials using Canva and similar design tools.
- Adapt content into multiple formats, including posts, stories, carousels, Reels, and short-form videos.
- Schedule content according to the editorial calendar.
- Prepare content for internal review and approval
