We are looking for a Copywriter to join Rushbet's marketing team, the online sports betting and casino brand of Rush Street Interactive in Colombia, Mexico, and Peru. This person will be responsible for creating clear, persuasive content aligned with the brand voice, driving acquisition and conversion across multiple digital channels.

What You'll Do
- Write compelling copy for advertising campaigns, landing pages, and marketing materials.
- Produce SEO and conversion-optimized content, adapted to each market (Colombia, Mexico, Peru).
- Write product descriptions and supporting content for promotions, bonuses, and sports events.
- Collaborate closely with designers, the creative team, and Project Managers to meet briefs and deadlines.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and manage multiple deliverables simultaneously.
- Help define and maintain consistency in key messaging and brand voice across all external communications.
- Adapt tone and content according to the cultural and regulatory particularities of each market.

What You'll Bring:




- 3+ years of experience in similar roles.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills, in Spanish (native or bilingual) and English.
- Experience with keyword research and SEO copywriting best practices.
- Experience with social media and content marketing.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines.
- Preferred: previous experience in iGaming, sports betting, digital entertainment, or regulated industries. #LI-HYBRID
