Sanofi Integral Services Bogotá Hub plays a key role in delivering best-in-class HR services across the Americas region. As part of the Employee Experience organization, the HR Services Analyst supports employees and managers by providing high-quality HR operational support, managing inquiries, maintaining employee data, and ensuring an exceptional employee experience through efficient service delivery.
This role acts as a trusted point of contact for HR-related questions and system support, ensuring compliance with global processes, local regulations, and agreed service levels while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Main responsibilities:
- Provide timely and accurate support on HR policies, procedures, and systems
- Record, track, and resolve cases in accordance with established service level agreements (SLAs)
- Deliver a high-quality customer experience while ensuring compliance with HR processes and guidelines
- Support the creation and maintenance of knowledge articles and documentation
- Support maintenance of organizational structures and position management within HR systems
- Assist with organizational changes and master data management activities
- Provide functional support for HR systems such as Workday, MyPortal, Qlik Sense, and other HR tools
- Support international mobility processes and employee data management activities
- Prepare and monitor reports related to data quality and data cleansing initiatives
