Experienced Truck Dispatcher (Remote - Colombia)

Job Type: Full-Time (Remote)
Location: Work from Home - Anywhere in Colombia
Salary:USD $600-$700 per month (Based on experience and performance)
Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 44 hours per week

About the Position

Responsibilities:
- Find and book profitable freight loads.
- Negotiate the best possible rates with freight brokers.
- Build and maintain strong broker relationships.
- Dispatch and monitor drivers throughout their trips.
- Plan efficient routes and maximize truck utilization.
- Resolve load issues and communicate updates promptly.
- Track shipments and ensure on-time pickup and delivery.
- Maintain accurate dispatch records and load documentation.

Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a U.S.



Truck Dispatcher (required).:
- English proficiency: C1 or higher (required).:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and sales skills.
- Experience using load boards such as DAT, Truckstop, or similar.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet home office.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
