About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Marketing Activation Manager, based in Bogotá or Medellín, Colombia. We are looking for someone who will collaborate in Marketing Strategy development and secure strategy implementation to achieve business objectives. Its primary focus is to drive tangible results in business growth, product adoption, and brand positioning through strong collaboration between Marketing and Sales, thereby strengthening our Health & Medical business.

What You Will Do

Lead a team, drive efficiency and support personal development

Define and implement the marketing strategy, including the P&L; management, for assigned brands and segments.

Lead commercial activations and adapt global campaigns to the local market.

Coordinate product launches and Go-to-Market plans.

Define objectives, action plans, and KPI tracking, while analyzing market insights, trends, and competitive intelligence.

Manage omnichannel communications and campaign optimization.

Develop promotional and scientific content, as well as sales support materials.

Drive clinical marketing initiatives, training programs, and events.





Work cross-functionally with commercial, clinical, and regional teams.

Manage budgets and monitor business performance.

Drive innovation initiatives and business development opportunities.

Ensure compliance with internal policies, quality standards, and safety requirements.

Who You Are

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

6+ years' related experience in leading teams with marketing strategy execution in Med Tech/Pharmaceutical industry

Proven experience in Go-to-Market strategies, technical marketing, or clinical education.

Must have experience in project management and the ability to translate brand vision into effective, financially viable marketing strategy implementation

Advanced Microsoft experience, especially Excel and analytical presentations skills

Excellent communicator (read, write, speak and listen)

Meticulous attention to detail with the ability to drive performance and processes forward

Innovative, analytical, influential, insightful, courageous and decisive

Self-leader, organized and collaborative

Available for local travel and possible international travel.

Fluent in English / C1 Level
