Supporting Sales. Driving Customer Success.— We are seeking a Sales Assistant in Cali, Colombiato provide support to Velocity's sales team, helping deliver exceptional customer experiences and enabling outstanding business results.

This role will provide administrative and operational support to Velocity's sales organization by coordinating order processes, maintaining accurate ERP records, supporting data management activities, and ensuring timely and accurate execution of sales transactions. What can you expect to do?

Order Administration
- Create and maintain Sales Orders, Purchase Orders, Service Orders, and RMAs.
- Process order changes, cancellations, and revisions.
- Link related transactions and maintain accurate records.
- Manage stock allocations and lot assignments.

Data Management
- Enter and maintain customer, supplier, and business partner information.
- Ensure ERP data accuracy and completeness.
- Assist with account profile maintenance.

Compliance & Accuracy
- Maintain accurate records in accordance with company policies.
- Identify and escalate discrepancies or system issues.
- Ensure transactions are completed within established service levels.
