AI integration is a core part of how the team works across every function.

ROLE SUMMARY

We're looking for a designer specializing in motion graphics or visual design with motion experience, who can create eye-catching, arresting design while understanding performance metrics and iterating based on data insights.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop 2D/3D motion graphics and creative concepts
- Analyze ad performance using KPIs and implement learnings
- Create modular content, long-form campaigns, and brand activations
- Collaborate on storyboards and presentation decks
- Communicate progress with project leadership and team members
- Propose innovative, non-traditional creative solutions
- Stay current with emerging trends and platforms

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Required Skills:




- Minimum 4 years industry experience Strong portfolio showcasing engaging motion and campaign work
- Proficiency in Adobe Suite (After Effects, Photoshop,
- Illustrator)
- Knowledge of typography, animation, and motion graphics
- Experience with AI motion tools and image generation Passion for digital advertising and social content

English C1-C2

Nice to Have
- Automation tools and workflow knowledge Experience with Google Slides and Frame.io
- Data-driven creative iteration skills
