About the role
We are a fast-growing veterinary pharmaceutical company developing and selling antiviral treatments for companion animals across multiple international markets, including Latin America, Southeast Asia, Japan, Korea, the GCC, Europe, and the USA.

We are looking for a B2B Pharmaceutical Sales Representative based in Colombia to develop and manage relationships with veterinary clinics, distributors, and strategic partners across the Colombian market.

This is not a traditional field-sales role where success is measured by the number of calls or visits you make. Your responsibility is to build a strong B2B network, identify commercial opportunities, develop long-term partnerships, and turn those relationships into measurable revenue.

You will represent the company and its brands in-market, understand the needs of veterinary professionals and business partners, and work closely with our internal team to grow our presence in Colombia.

The adecuado candidate is commercially driven, highly organized, confident communicating with veterinary and pharmaceutical professionals,



and capable of learning new skills and tools, and independently developing a market.

Responsibilities
What You Will Do

1. B2B Business Development

Identify and approach veterinary clinics, hospitals, distributors, pharmacies, shelters, and other relevant organizations that may be suitable B2B partners.
Build a pipeline of potential accounts and consistently convert qualified prospects into active customers or partners.

2. Account & Relationship Management

Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with existing B2B customers.
Understand each account's purchasing needs, product requirements, order frequency, and growth potential.
Maintain regular communication with key accounts and identify opportunities to increase order volume and customer retention.

3. Sales & Revenue Growth

Drive B2B sales in the Colombian market and work toward clearly defined monthly and quarterly re
