Lionz Roofing is hiring an experienced Outbound Caller to help grow our residential and commercial pipeline across South Florida.

What you'll do:

- Make outbound calls to warm and cold leads
- Set qualified appointments for our sales team
- Keep notes clean in our CRM
- Follow up consistently and keep the pipeline moving

What we're looking for:

- Proven experience as an outbound caller or appointment setter
- Clear, confident English on the phone
- Comfortable with high call volume and hearing "no"
- Reliable, self-motivated, and organized
