As an Amazon Retail Operations Fulfillment Analyst, you will support the growth and performance of our e-commerce business by helping optimize product visibility, availability, and customer experience across online channels. You will work with data, performance metrics, and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, solve challenges, and contribute to business growth.

- Develop expertise across Digital Shelf, Fulfillment, analytics, and e-commerce operations while gaining exposure to regional and global stakeholders.

Main responsibilities

- Support Digital Shelf and Fulfillment initiatives across key e-commerce platforms.
- Analyze sales, traffic, conversion, and other e-commerce performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities.
- Monitor product performance and help improve online availability, visibility, and customer experience.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to support business priorities and commercial objectives.
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations that support business growth.
- Assist in reporting, performance tracking, and operational improvement initiatives.
- Build knowledge across multiple e-commerce disciplines and contribute to continuous improvement projects.

About you

- Experience working with e-commerce, digital marketing, online retail, marketplace operations, or performance analytics.
- Strong analytical skills and confidence working with data to generate actionable insights.
- Understanding of key e-commerce metrics such as traffic, conversion, sales performance, and customer engagement.




- Ability to collaborate effectively with different teams and manage multiple priorities.
- Curiosity, learning agility, and a proactive approach to problem solving.
- English proficiency at B2 level or above.
