Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate and match hospitality workers to client job requests
- Manage staffing orders using internal platforms and tools
- Communicate with workers and clients to confirm schedules and attendance
- Monitor event staffing and resolve last-minute issues
- Provide customer support and handle inquiries professionally
- Build relationships with workers and clients
- Support recruitment efforts and talent pipeline growth
- Collaborate with Account Managers and Customer Success teams

Qualifications

- Fluent in English and Spanish (required)
- Experience in staffing, recruiting, customer service, or hospitality preferred
- Strong communication skills (phone, email, chat)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Tech-savvy (comfortable with apps, CRMs, and digital tools)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Reliable internet connection and workspace

- Experience with staffing platforms or scheduling tools
- Background in hospitality or event staffing
