We are looking for an experienced Public Affairs and Value & Access Manager to shape and execute strategies that strengthen the value of our portfolio, address access barriers and improve patient pathways across Colombia. This is a highly visible role combining market access strategy, health economics, pricing, reimbursement and payer engagement.

- Lead negotiations to secure product listing, funding and sustainable access within priority accounts.
- Translate complex scientific and health-economic evidence into clear, credible narratives for external and internal stakeholders.
- Partner across Medical, Commercial and general teams to improve treatment pathways and expand patient access.

What You Will Bring

- At least 3-4 years of experience leading market access initiatives within pharmaceuticals or the Colombian healthcare system.
- Experience across value proposition development, pricing, reimbursement,

payer account management, tenders or HTA.
- Deep knowledge of the Colombian healthcare system, healthcare policy and access environment.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills with payers, health authorities and healthcare organisations.
- Experience supporting launches of innovative or specialised therapies.
- A degree in Business, Economics, Healthcare or a related discipline. Postgraduate qualifications in Pharmacoeconomics or Market Access are advantageous.
- Fluent Spanish and working proficiency in English.

Why Join Ipsen?
