About the Role

We’re looking for a versatile Support Engineer & Software Developer who can provide day-to-day technical support while also helping build and improve the company’s software platforms.

What You’ll Do

- Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues

- Troubleshoot and resolve IT incidents

- Support user accounts, system setup, and access management

- Assist employees with technical questions and system usage

- Maintain documentation and support tickets

- Develop and maintain our TMS (Transportation Management System) and other internal platforms

- Build, test, debug, and improve software solutions

What You Bring

- Experience in IT support, help desk, software development, or a combination

- Knowledge of multiple programming languages

- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

- Ability to understand and work across different technologies

- Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn

- Strong communication and teamwork skills
