This role is managed by BMM Global Consulting on behalf of Silver Care Management, a U.S.-based healthcare services group supporting senior living communities, clinics, and pharmacies across the U.S.

About the Role

We’re seeking a independent, sharp and reliable accountant to support our financial operations as we build a remote-first back-office team in Latin America.

You'll manage core accounting responsibilities, such as financial reporting, payroll, accounts receivables, and reconciliations. This is a role with potential future growth as we scale.

What You’ll Do

- Maintain accurate records and financial statements in QuickBooks
- Prepare monthly and quarterly GAAP-compliant reports
- Manage payroll processing and bank reconciliations
- Oversee Accounts Receivable (invoicing, collections, reconciliation)




- Collaborate with external accountants for tax and audit compliance
- Help scale efficient systems and documentation practices

What We’re Looking For

- 3+ years in Accounting/Finance (GAAP experience required)
- Strong command of QuickBooks, Excel, and reconciliation workflows
- Experience in Accounts Receivable, payroll, and reporting
- Proven organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage or support junior team members
- Fluent in English (min B2) and Spanish
- Based in Medellin, Colombia (occasional in-person collaboration)
