What You'll Do

We welcome applications from students of all majors and disciplines who are currently pursuing their undergraduate degree and looking to complete their summer internship at BCG's Bogotá office. We are looking for students who still have 1–2 years remaining before graduation and are eager to gain hands-on consulting experience.

Like our full-time staff, you'll work alongside some of the world's top minds on cases that reshape business, government, and society. Consulting work is varied and rigorous, much of it performed at our client sites. Projects can vary in length, size, and location, depending on the client's challenge. You'll collaborate on challenging projects with team members from many backgrounds and disciplines,



increasing your understanding of complex business problems from diverse perspectives and developing new skills and experience to help you in the future.

What You'll Bring

- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program with 1–2 years remaining before graduation
- Strong academic record, regardless of field of study
- Analytical mindset and ability to structure complex problems
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- Strong team player with a collaborative spirit and ability to work in diverse, fast-paced teams
- Eagerness to learn, grow, and embrace new challenges
- Interest in consulting and business strategy
- Available to complete a full summer internship in Bogotá

Who You'll Work With

You'll be part of high-performing consulting teams, working directly with Associates, Consultants, and senior leadership on real client projects. You'll collaborate closely with diverse professionals across disciplines, gaining exposure to different perspectives and ways of thinking from day one.

This position is open to undergraduate students interested in completing a summer internship at BCG's Bogotá office. It is designed for Colombian citizens who wish to gain hands-on consulting experience during their summer.
