We are seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) End-to-End Recruiter to manage the entire hiring process for our remote team. This role focuses on sourcing, vetting, and placing the right candidates, from initial job posting to offer and start date. The adecuado candidate will be reliable, accountable, and possess strong communication skills.

What you will do:

- Write clear and accurate job postings
- Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and database searches
- Conduct initial phone or video interviews in English and Spanish
- Review resumes and evaluate candidate fit
- Schedule interviews with hiring managers
- Gather and relay feedback promptly and clearly to candidates and hiring managers
- Keep candidates informed throughout the hiring process
- Support offer conversations
- Check in with candidates through their notice period and into their start date
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the system

Key Qualifications





- Full bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken)
- At least 1 year of experience recruiting or sourcing candidates from start to finish (agency or in-house)
- Proven track record of following through and reliability
- Honest, direct communication style
- Reliable home setup with stable internet for remote work
- Comfortable working independently and owning candidate pipeline
- Experience recruiting across different industries (nice-to-have)
- Familiarity with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) (nice-to-have)
- Experience working with distributed or international teams (nice-to-have)
- Comfortable working 50 hours per week
- Comfortable ET time zone operation.
