Responsibilities

- Analyze current operational processes and identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies.
- Propose and implement improvements to overall company operations.
- Collaborate with different areas to optimize workflows.
- Document processes and track the results of implemented improvements.
- Support operational projects based on business needs.

Requirements

- Prior experience in operations, process improvement, or similar roles.




- Analytical thinking and problem-solving orientation.
- Proactive attitude for proposing ideas and driving them to action.
- Good English level (helpful, depending on team communication needs).
