First Choice Provider Services is looking for a high-energy, camera-ready UGC Spokesperson to bring our short-form social media content to life. We help healthcare entrepreneurs launch and grow their businesses — home care agency licensing, insurance contracting & credentialing, medical billing, and other provider services — and we need someone who can deliver that message with confidence, personality, and punch.

This is a recurring, ongoing role. We produce new videos regularly and are looking for someone to become a consistent on-camera presence for our brand.

What You'll Do

- Film short 20–30 second vertical videos (Reels/TikTok/Shorts style) promoting our services
- Deliver scripts and talking points provided by our team — we handle the content, you bring the energy
- Hook viewers in the first 2–3 seconds with strong, confident delivery
- Record from home or your own space — no studio required
- Maintain a consistent, polished on-camera presence across a growing library of videos

What We're Looking For





- A real person on camera — no AI-generated or synthetic content
- Attractive, polished, and professional on-screen appearance
- Very energetic, enthusiastic, and expressive — not shy or monotone
- Strong, confident speaking voice with excellent English
- Comfortable delivering sales-style, persuasive messaging
- Reliable and easy to communicate with for ongoing video turnaround
- Prior UGC, spokesperson, influencer, or on-camera experience is a plus, but personality and delivery matter most

How It Works

- We provide the script and direction for each video
- You film and send back polished, high-energy footage
- Paid per video, with opportunity for a steady, ongoing volume of work

Pay: $200 – $300 per month ($20 per video)
Work Location: Remote — film from your own space
