Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Business Acceptance Tester (BAT/UAT) to support enterprise applications and business-critical processes within a Supply Chain and Oracle ERP environment.

The adecuado candidate will have strong functional testing experience, excellent business process understanding, and the ability to work effectively with business stakeholders, product teams, and technical teams. This role will focus on validating requirements, designing and executing test scenarios, supporting user acceptance activities, and ensuring solutions are ready for business use.

Key Responsibilities

- Review business and functional requirements and translate them into effective test scenarios and test cases.
- Perform Business Acceptance Testing (BAT) and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities.
- Validate end-to-end business processes, system functionality, integrations, and workflows.
- Identify, document, track, and follow up on defects through resolution.
- Work closely with business users, product owners, developers, and project teams to resolve testing issues.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and provide regular updates on testing progress, risks, and dependencies.
- Support release testing, deployment validation,



and business readiness activities.
- Coordinate testing activities across distributed and cross-functional teams.
- Help ensure delivered solutions meet business requirements and operational expectations.

Required Qualifications

- 3+ years of experience in Functional Testing, BAT, and/or UAT.
- Strong experience with test planning, test scenario development, test case creation, execution, and defect management.
- Ability to understand complex business processes and perform end-to-end functional validation.
- Experience working directly with business stakeholders and end users.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working in Agile environments.
- Working knowledge of SQL or PL/SQL.
- Experience supporting global or distributed teams.
- Ability to independently manage testing activities and meet project timelines.

Preferred Experience

- Experience with Oracle ERP, particularly Oracle EBS/R12 or earlier versions.
- Knowledge of Supply Chain Management (SCM) processes.
- Experience with Oracle Order Management, Inventory, Finance, and Logistics modules.
- Background in Supply Chain, Customer Service, Logistics, or Service Contract Management.
- Experience supporting ERP implementations, upgrades, transformation initiatives, or enterprise application projects.
