About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Spanish Bilingual Sales Representative to join our growing remote team. In this role, you will engage with potential customers in both English and Spanish, build strong client relationships, and help drive company growth through outbound and inbound sales efforts.

Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound sales interactions professionally
- Communicate with customers in both English and Spanish
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
- Follow up with leads and maintain consistent communication
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships
- Achieve sales goals and performance targets
- Accurately document interactions and update CRM records
- Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Collaborate with team members and management to improve sales performance
- Maintain professionalism and provide excellent customer experience throughout the sales process

Requirements





- Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and verbal)
- Previous sales experience is preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Confident speaking with customers and handling objections
- Goal-oriented with a strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace
- Basic computer and multitasking skills
- Comfortable handling a high volume of calls and customer interactions

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working with US-based customers
- Call center or remote sales experience
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools
- Experience with PestPac, FieldRoutes, or similar platforms is a plus
- Appointment setting or lead generation experience is a plus
