Legal Intake & Sales Specialist (Remote – Colombia, EST Hours)

Help people through some of the hardest moments of their lives — and get paid to be great at it. Our growing US law firm serves Spanish- and English-speaking clients across Central and South Florida, and you'll be the first voice they trust: part guide, part closer, all empathy.

About the Role

This is consultative sales, not a call center. You'll speak with people facing real legal challenges, help them understand their options, and convert qualified leads into retained clients. You'll work fully remote from Colombia on EST business hours, alongside a tight-knit team of 6 professionals who love what they do.

What You'll Do

- Own the lead-to-client journey: engage prospects by phone, text, and email within minutes of inquiry
- Run empathetic discovery calls that build trust and convert consultations into signed retainers
- Explain legal service options clearly in English or Spanish, matching each client's needs
- Keep the CRM accurate — every note, follow-up, and handoff documented same-day
- Partner with attorneys and the intake team so every new client's first week is seamless
- Hit monthly conversion and revenue targets — and get paid more when you beat them

What We're Looking For (Must-Have)





- Fluent bilingual English/Spanish, spoken and written
- Experience in consultative sales, legal intake, or high-ticket phone sales
- Full-time availability on EST business hours
- Quiet workspace and reliable high-speed internet

Nice-to-Have

- Law firm or legal intake background
- CRM experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, Clio Grow, or Lawmatics)
- Documented conversion or quota performance
- Experience serving US Hispanic communities

- Earnings: $7/hour base + Performance Bonus — significant earnings growth as performance scales
