The successful candidate will be responsible for managing financial operations, ensuring the smooth processing of transactions, enhancing service quality, and engaging with customers through various communication channels.RequirementsHow you will create impactMonitor financial transactions to ensure seamless processing and deliveryEnhance the quality of services by analysing transaction data and implementingManage day-to-day operations to guarantee efficiency, quality, and adherence to regulationsEngage with customers through calls, emails, and messaging systems to address inquiries, resolve issues, and help as neededCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including Customer Support, Product Development, AnalyticsCompliance, and sales, to optimize operational efficiency and customer satisfactionMaintain accurate records of transactions, customer interactions, and operational activitiesEssential qualifications5+ years of relevant experience in Business OperationsBachelor's degree in business administration, or related fieldMandatory Skills & ExperienceStrong professional Spanish-speaking capabilityStrong understanding of LATAM payment corridors and partner operationsMust have prior experience in cross-border payments / international remittances/fintech payment operationsAbility to independently lead partner communications, effectively handling send/receive calls, operational queries, and escalations with minimal supervision and a strong sense of ownershipStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, including the ability to understand transaction/corridor issues and provide appropriate operational responsesProven experience in partner management, operational escalation handling,
