Help create marketing materials that support business development and client outreach.
Partner with design, compliance, and business teams to bring clear, polished content to market.
Support social media campaigns that build awareness and engagement.
Gather and summarize marketing data to help the team understand what is working and where to improve.
Help keep projects organized and on schedule so work moves forward smoothly.
Work with vendors on branded items and event materials that reflect our standards.

About you You have experience in marketing, ideally in business-to-business marketing, consulting, or commercial insurance.
You communicate clearly in writing and in conversation.
You are comfortable working with different teams and building strong working relationships.
You are organized, detail-focused, and able to manage several priorities at once.
You take initiative and can work independently while staying connected to the wider team.
You are comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite.
You may have experience with project management tools such as Workfront.
You may also have experience with email marketing automation tools and Salesforce.
You enjoy turning information into clear, useful content.
You bring a service-minded approach and respond well to changing needs and deadlines.
