Perform
account reconciliations (GL accounts)
ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial information
Execute and document
journal entries (JEs)
following defined controls and procedures
Prepare and validate
reports under SOX compliance
Actively support
control execution and evidence collection
(e.g., screenshots, validations, documentation)
Review and analyze
manual GL account activity
to identify inconsistencies or risks
Ensure that all activities are aligned with
SOX requirements and internal control frameworks
Support evaluation of
control effectiveness and identification of potential gaps
Assist in the implementation of
corrective action plans for control deficiencies

We are looking for an
Accounting Operations Specialist
with experience working in a
SOX-controlled environment
, to support highly operational accounting and control activities within the General Ledger.
This role is
execution-focused (hands-on)
and will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and compliance of financial data through detailed validation, reconciliation, and documentation processes.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
Advanced english level
Experience working in
SOX-compliant environments (must-have)
Solid understanding of
accounting processes (GL, reconciliations, JEs)
Strong attention to detail and ability to execute
high-volume operational tasks
Experience performing
control execution and documentation
Comfortable working in
structured, process-driven environments
Intermediate/advanced Excel
