SOFTGIC in Medellín, Colombia seeks a hands-on NOC Engineer to monitor, diagnose, and fix incidents across client IT environments. You will support users via phone, email, and tickets, troubleshoot servers, networking devices, and cloud systems, and uphold SLA-driven metrics.

The role requires 2+ years in IT/NOC, strong troubleshooting skills, and experience with Microsoft 365, servers, networking, virtualization, and backup solutions. Bachelor’s degree or one year extra experience preferred.
