Drive Renewals with Precision: Collaborate with sales agents and service managers to ensure seamless policy renewals, from preparation to execution. Lead and Inspire: Guide and mentor a team of Client Service Managers, fostering growth and excellence. Enhance Operational Efficiency: Identify opportunities to streamline processes and optimize workflows for better outcomes. Deliver Exceptional Service: Build strong relationships with clients and internal teams to ensure a positive customer experience. You’ll bring: 1+ years of experience in the insurance industry, ideally in Property & Casualty. Insurance Knowledge: You have a solid understanding of the Property & Casualty space, with at least 3 years of experience.
