Financial Analysis & Reporting

- Analyze, track, and report the purchasing activities for an assigned portfolio, including data collection, reconciliation, monthly performance analysis, and administration of client incentives in accordance with contract terms.
- Prepare and deliver financial reports that support budgeting, forecasting, KPI monitoring, and performance evaluation across the business.

Business Partnering

- Serve as a financial partner to National Account Executives, providing insights on client performance metrics, company‑wide KPIs, and strategic financial trends to support decision‑making and business growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams-including Account Executives, Regional Account Managers, and Corporate Finance-to ensure clarity, alignment, and effective execution of financial processes.

Contract & Compliance Management

- Ensure financial terms and conditions are accurately reflected, executed, and maintained within financial systems and tools.
- Oversee all financial aspects of complex contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies, contractual obligations, and relevant regulatory requirements.

Internal Controls & Government Reporting

- Support internal compliance activities, including documentation, audits,



and preparation of required financial reporting for government agencies.
- Lead or assist with special projects and ad‑hoc financial requests as needed

Perfil buscado (h/m)

We are looking for a candidate who brings the following qualifications and competencies:Education & Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; an MBA is a plus.
- 3-5 years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, or related financial roles.

Technical Skills

- Strong understanding of accounting standards, including IFRS, and solid knowledge of internal control principles.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and ERP platforms such as SAP and Hyperion.
- Experience working with databases (, Access, SQL) and strong overall digital literacy.

Professional Competencies

- Ability to quickly learn new processes and tools, adapting effectively to evolving business needs.
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability in managing a portfolio of clients and ensuring adherence to financial and contractual requirements.
