Role Description The Account Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day execution and management of established accounts across the United States and Canada .

This role connects customers with our Commercial, Production, Logistics, and Finance teams to ensure orders are executed accurately, inventory is managed effectively, and customers receive proactive and reliable service.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and enter customer orders accurately in Odoo.
- Build and maintain 52-week demand forecasts by customer and SKU.
- Determine purchasing requirements based on forecasts, confirmed orders, inventory levels, and product shelf life.
- Coordinate purchase orders with internal production.
- Monitor inventory levels, rotation, and expiration risk.
- Communicate proactively with customers regarding orders, product availability, shipping dates, delays, and claims.




- Coordinate closely with Production and Logistics to resolve issues and develop alternatives when challenges arise.
- Prepare and maintain daily sales and inventory reports.
- Help ensure high fill rates while minimizing product loss and unnecessary costs.
- Develop strong working relationships with customers and internal teams to ensure consistent execution and service.

This is a highly execution-focused position where attention to detail, organization, analytical thinking, communication, and ownership are critical.

Qualifications

- Advanced English and Spanish is required.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Highly organized and comfortable managing a high volume of orders and priorities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership, and follow issues through to resolution.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with Commercial, Production, Logistics, and Finance teams.
- Experience with Odoo or similar ERP systems is a plus; training will be provided.
- Previous professional experience is not required.
