Account Executive – Automotive Sales

Remote – Only LATAM

Base salary + Commissions

We are looking for a results-driven Account Executive to develop new business opportunities and build strong relationships with customers across the automotive industry.

This is a full-cycle sales role for someone who is comfortable prospecting, conducting discovery calls and product demonstrations, managing complex opportunities, and taking deals through contract execution.

What You’ll Do

-Develop new business opportunities within the automotive industry.

-Build relationships with dealerships, automotive technology companies, digital retail platforms, agencies, marketplaces, OEMs, and other automotive-related organizations.

-Conduct discovery meetings and product demonstrations.

-Manage the complete sales cycle, from prospecting through contract execution.

-Understand customer needs and develop tailored solutions.





-Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecast using Salesforce.

-Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Operations.

-Consistently work toward monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals.

What We’re Looking For

-3–7 years of successful B2B sales experience.

-Previous automotive industry experience.

-Experience managing full-cycle and complex sales opportunities.

-Strong presentation, communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.

-Experience with CRM platforms; Salesforce experience is preferred.

-Self-motivated and comfortable managing an active sales pipeline.

-Advanced English proficiency.
