We are looking for a detailoriented and reliable Bookkeeper with strong QuickBooks Online experience to support accounting and financial operations for an international company.

Requirements
NONNEGOTIABLE
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Bookkeeper, Accounting Assistant, or in a similar accounting role.
At least 2 years of handson experience using QuickBooks Online.
Fluent English, both written and spoken.
Technical, technological, or university studies in Accounting, Finance, Financial Management, or a related field.

Experience with
Accounts Payable AP
Accounts Receivable AR
Bank and credit card reconciliations
Invoice processing
Expense categorization
Financial record maintenance
Basic financial reporting
Strong knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets.
Customer vendor emails

Excellent attention to detail, organization, and followup skills.




Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with Englishspeaking teams.

Preferred location Medellín, Colombia.
Our preference is to hire someone based in Medellín. However, we are open to considering remote candidates if we find a strong profile with the right experience, English proficiency, and QuickBooks Online background.
