We are looking for a Red Team Operator to simulate real-world cyberattacks, identify security vulnerabilities, and help strengthen our defensive capabilities.

Responsibilities:

- Execute Red Team and adversary emulation exercises using MITRE ATT&CK.;
- Conduct reconnaissance, privilege escalation, lateral movement, persistence, C2, and defense evasion.
- Build and maintain C2 and offensive security infrastructure.
- Develop and adapt payloads and offensive tooling.
- Analyze security telemetry and collaborate with Threat Hunting, Detection Engineering, and Incident Response teams.

Requirements:

- 3–5 years of experience in Red Team, pentesting, or adversary emulation.
- Strong knowledge of Windows, Linux, Active Directory, networking, and authentication.
- Experience with C2 frameworks, EDR/SIEM, and scripting (Python, PowerShell, Bash, etc.).
- Cloud experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP is a plus.
- OSCP, CRTO, OSEP or similar certifications are valued.
