We’re Hiring: Senior Invoice Strategist

Are you an experienced Invoice / Billing / Finance professional ready to take the next step into a leadership role?

At Publicis General Delivery (PGD), we’re looking for a Senior Invoice Strategist (L4) to join our team. This is a supervisory/management role for someone who combines strong financial and invoicing expertise with the ability to lead teams, manage stakeholders, solve complex problems, and drive process improvements.
Overview

? What will you do?

As a Senior Invoice Strategist, you will be responsible for overseeing Invoice operations while ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and strong financial controls. You will also play a key role in leading and developing the team and partnering with different stakeholders and regions.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Lead, coach, and support the Invoice team, ensuring effective workload distribution and performance.
- Oversee billing and invoicing processes, reconciliations, payments, financial reporting, and discrepancy resolution.
- Monitor operational performance and identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency.
- Manage escalations and complex financial/invoice-related issues.




- Partner with internal and external stakeholders across different teams and regions.
- Provide guidance and feedback to team members and support their professional development.
- Analyze data and reports to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Ensure processes are aligned with financial controls, quality standards, and business requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the Invoice operation.

Responsibilities

What are we looking for?

- 5+ years of experience in Invoice, Billing, Finance, Accounting, or related areas.
- Strong knowledge of billing, invoicing, reconciliations, payments, financial reporting, and discrepancy management.
- Previous experience leading or supervising teams.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capabilities.
- Experience managing escalations, solving complex problems, and improving processes.
- Ability to work with multiple priorities, teams, and stakeholders across different regions.
- English B2+.
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong decision-making and leadership skills.
