Plata Card is seeking a Collections Product Lead to own end-to-end customer journeys across precollections and collections in Colombia. You will bridge credit risk, product, data, engineering, operations, and legal to recover money while keeping customers engaged and treated fairly.
You will design journeys, orchestrate channels, and drive a data-driven roadmap with continuous experimentation, KPI tracking, and collaboration with finance and risk teams.
