Quaystreet Restaurants is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Pub Manager to lead one of our established hospitality venues in St Helier. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys creating a welcoming pub environment, developing a strong team and taking ownership of the day-to-day performance of a busy venue. We are looking for a hands on manager with a genuine passion for hospitality, excellent people skills and the confidence to lead from the front.
The idóneo candidate will have:
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong team leadership and staff-management experience
- Good knowledge of the hospitality industry
- Basic wine knowledge is desirable, however full training will be provided.
