We’re looking for a highly experienced BIM Manager / Archicad Super User with 10+ years of experience to lead BIM workflows, Archicad template improvements, model coordination, and project standards for international architectural projects.

This role is idóneo for someone with deep hands‑on Archicad expertise who can guide teams, improve BIM processes, and ensure high-quality project delivery.

What you’ll do
- Set up and manage Archicad template and project files, teamwork environments.
- Review and coordinate BIM models to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with project standards.
- Support architects and project teams with complex modeling, documentation, and coordination issues.
- Lead BIM coordination workflows, including IFC exchange, model federation, clash review, and issue tracking.
- Improve internal BIM standards, workflows, and best practices for Archicad-based projects.




- Train and mentor team members to work efficiently and consistently in Archicad.

What we’re looking for
- 10+ years of experience, at least 5 years modeling in Archicad and at least 2 years as BIM Manager
- Archicad Super User with advanced hands‑on expertise.
- Strong background in BIM coordination, model management, documentation, and project standards.
- Knowledge of openBIM, IFC workflows, clash coordination, and multidisciplinary collaboration.
- Ability to lead, train, and support project teams.
- C1 English level or higher, both written and spoken.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills.
