Addi is seeking a Field Sales Supervisor in Colombia to grow our SMB segment by leading a team of 6–10 sales reps. You will drive sales targets, execute commercial strategies in the field, and collect insights to improve processes and outcomes.
You will coach and support the team on field visits, analyze sales metrics, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to stay aligned with Addi's mission to redefine payments and financing for merchants. Prior experience in fintech is a plus.
